Attracting and retaining the right talent is a key strategic pillar for Ambu to achieve its growth plans. We seek top talent attraction performers who can serve as trusted advisors to our leaders, identify and attract suitable profiles, and contribute to long-term projects aimed at improving our talent acquisition efforts.

Due to ongoing growth, we are hiring an additional TA Partner for our global Talent Attraction team. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will support the growth in our DACH Sales region and assist global functions. Your responsibilities include supporting recruitment operations, building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand, and other TA activities.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, helping leadership identify capability needs, develop sourcing strategies, and support interview stages. Proactive outreach to passive candidates will be part of your sourcing strategy. You will also act as a People & Culture representative during interviews, handle references, and advise on salary levels.

This role suits a proactive recruiter experienced in the commercial sector, passionate about employer branding and talent identification to drive growth in a sales environment.

You can be based in Ballerup, Denmark; Bad Nauheim, Germany; or Augsburg, Germany, with a hybrid working model and some international travel expected.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a Recruitment Business Partner to leadership, identifying hiring needs, engaging candidates, supporting interviews, and managing offers.
  2. Implement creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to proactively approach suitable candidates.
  3. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for DACH and global functions.
  4. Participate in interviews, providing feedback on assessments.
  5. Ensure inclusion and diversity in all recruitment practices.
  6. Collaborate with the global Talent Attraction team on long-term projects.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates may have diverse backgrounds, but success is likely if you possess:

  • Experience in proactive recruitment, either internally or as an external headhunter.
  • Strong active sourcing skills and a proactive approach to filling roles efficiently and with quality.
  • Professional proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience supporting commercial functions; additional experience in other corporate functions is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Medtech, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Technology is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise managers using market data.
  • Experience working in or desire to work in an international environment.
