Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering, procurement, assembly, customizing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Optimize operations processes and workflows to achieve cost-effective production, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing principles, automation initiatives.

Manage assembly and customization processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and customer requirements.

Streamline logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets, quality metrics, and cost objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, health and safety, and employee development within the operations team.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry (electrical, mechanical or HVAC industry).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering, procurement, assembly, customizing, and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles such as lean six sigma, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and proven English skills are a must.
