How you will create an impact:

• Facilitate code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions daily
• Design system architecture and its components
• Evaluate technical feasibility
• Provide high-level and low-level estimations
• Maintain a clear vision of the technical stack and adopt new technologies as needed
• Conduct R&D and POCs to ensure the team uses effective technologies
• Ensure engagement, quality, and performance of team members
• Measure progress and manage risks and issues
• Lead team development, coaching, mentoring, and remove roadblocks

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience overseeing multiple project teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices
• Experience with Cloud Native architectures and technologies
• Up-to-date with industry trends
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
