Jobbeschreibung

Key duties (including, but not limited to) :

• lnteract with and challenge an underwriting technically experienced Product & Underwriting team & ensuring necessary Levels of quality & performance in various areas (e.g. Underwriting file reviews, Case underwriting, productivity measurement)
• Be the contact person for governance-related enquiries and support solutions in an end-to-end manner
• Perform Governance assessment for business referrals and provide support and guidance to the various business stakeholders
• Applying Governance expertise in all related (underwriting) discussions and assessments, including Reviews and Audits and being the main Liaison for all sanctions related discussions
• Bringing together the expertise of the Product and Underwriting team and Business Units / LoB’s to improve the adequacy and effectiveness of Governance processes

Qualifications required :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally within Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, Actuarial, or a related field

Experience required :

• 5+ years of practical experience within Insurance, Finance or Consulting industry, ideally withing Product & Underwriting, Project Management or Governance
• Good understanding of internal controls system, processes and methodology. Regulatory and legal knowledge advantageous
• Exposure to stakeholder management preferably in a global set-up
