You want to drive change and establish business process excellence at ZEISS? This position offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to shape our S/4HANA greenfield business transformation to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that will define how ZEISS works for years to come.

The responsibilities include:

1. Take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing individual functional and segment needs by improving the Procure-to-Pay End-to-End process workstream, working on topics such as: Supplier management including request for quotation, demand management, and vendor evaluation; different types of purchase order processing, including material and service purchasing as well as intercompany transactions; accounts payable management, including invoice verification, approval, and vendor payments.
2. Take on a moderating and leadership role, understanding and mastering the individual processes, to moderate between the ZEISS functions and process experts in a goal-oriented manner.
3. Steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support within your workstream.
4. Exchange information with fellow workstream leads to ensure best practice sharing and integration into related processes or systems, and report results to the overall program management.
5. Own the alignment of the workstream progress with the overall program plan, ensure planning, implementation, and continuous improvement measures of your workstream to contribute to the overall project success.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
2. Proven experience managing projects in business process excellence, with experience in SAP ERP transformations, especially in Procurement and Accounts Payable, highly recommended.
3. Results-oriented, analytical, and organizational skills, paired with strong change communication skills to develop and implement strategic plans.
4. A strong change management perspective.
5. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
