Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Legal, Compliance and Risk Manager (m/f/d) to develop and oversee compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across our international organization. Responsibilities include managing legal documents, software license agreements, and acting as a key advisor on compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary advisor for management and CEO on compliance-related issues for German and international entities.
• Manage internal quality management systems and prepare for audits and certifications (ISO 9001, 27001, GxP).
• Ensure GDPR compliance in collaboration with the external data protection officer and develop policies.
• Implement and monitor ESG strategies and reporting.
• Establish proactive risk management systems to identify and mitigate compliance and liability risks.

Legal and Contract Management:

• Manage international software license agreements and implement contract management tools.
• Provide legal and commercial advice across departments.
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage external legal counsel.
• Identify risks in contracts and legal documents and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in compliance, quality management, or legal operations, preferably in regulated industries.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and knowledge of IT law and corporate governance.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with international experience.
