As a Junior IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) at Avenga x Qinshift, you will be the go-to person for all technical issues at our Cologne office, supporting hardware and software. Your daily tasks include assisting colleagues on-site with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office applications. You should be familiar with various IT systems, experienced in analyzing and maintaining them, and ensuring the local network, office devices, and technical equipment operate smoothly.

This is you

You are social, reliable, and service-minded, comfortable explaining issues multiple times. You have experience in similar IT support roles and enjoy helping others with laptops, phones, or video conferencing tools. You communicate clearly in German and English, both spoken and written.

Skills:

• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Hands-on experience with IT systems analysis and maintenance
• Familiarity with local networks and office infrastructure
• Bonus: Knowledge of network security is a strong plus
