Our Odoo Development team is responsible for extending, maintaining, and operating our Odoo system. As a critical part of our core business processes, the Odoo system is constantly being extended with new features for our internal users as well as our external customers.

You will be working on topics that extend the core backend processes as well as topics that improve conversion through our checkout process and additionally on our partner portal area where our partners use the Odoo systems to sell to their customers and manage the licences they are responsible for.

As Odoo is an important part of so many processes, the team also needs to ensure that the surrounding supporting systems, such as our licence management, CRM, and business intelligence systems, are integrated with Odoo and can exchange data.

YOUR TASKS

• You will work in an agile team and help to implement the requirements defined by the Product Owners
• You will use your experience with the Odoo framework to help prioritise and evaluate new features together with the team and product owners
• You will ensure that the quality of the implemented features is of the highest standard by implementing automated software tests and performing manual tests for the topics you are working on
• You will use your knowledge of Odoo configuration and operation to enable your team to take responsibility for Odoo operations

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a completed apprenticeship in software development
• You already have multiple years of experience with customizing Odoo and have implemented projects alone or in a team
• You have a high standard of code quality by following clean code principles and good software craftsmanship
• You have a good understanding of Odoo 17
• Good communication skills in German and English

One of the following two points should apply to you:

• You are especially experienced with Odoo's Website Module and have multiple years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• You have a deep understanding of how to deploy Odoo in a containerized environment like Kubernetes and know how to design deployment Pipelines
