We are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) Catalogue to support our GSA Marketing Team for 6 months in Berlin. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our physical and digital catalogue releases across various genres. What you'll be doing
  1. Plan, develop, and execute product releases in close collaboration with artists, management teams, and agencies.
  2. Take ownership of campaign budgets and project management.
  3. Develop innovative, data-driven marketing strategies together with the Digital Marketing, Streaming, and Sales teams.
  4. Work closely with internal and external partners (A&R, Supply Chain, Sales agencies, and promoters).
  5. Continuously analyze, optimize, and evaluate campaigns, creating reports and statistics.
  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with artists, artist management, and partners.
  7. Engage in regular creative exchange with our global catalogue teams.
What you bring
  1. Professional experience in product or brand marketing, preferably at a music label or in artist management.
  2. Strong expertise in developing, planning, executing, and analyzing cross-media marketing campaigns (online, print, radio, TV, Out-of-Home) and targeted promotion of tracks, singles, and albums.
  3. Highly enthusiastic, skilled in project management, and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong musical understanding, extensive repertoire knowledge, and a keen interest in digital developments in the music industry.
  5. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Final Cut (or similar software) is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
