About the Role:

As Senior Investor Relations Manager at GROPYUS, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our investor communications and capital markets strategy. This role is helping to position GROPYUS as a leading force in industrialized and sustainable construction. You will support the company's growth by managing relationships with investors, preparing strategic communications, and contributing to fundraising and financial structuring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy, aligning with corporate goals and financing needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and financial materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling narratives for the capital markets.
• Support fundraising processes, including data room preparation, investor Q&A, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Communications to ensure consistent and transparent financial messaging.
• Assist with financial modeling and valuation scenarios for strategic planning and investment cases.
  
  

Profile & Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, financial advisory, or corporate finance, ideally with a background in investment banking or in consulting (top-tier firms or Big Four).
• Experience in or exposure to the real estate sector is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital structures.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Confident presenter, skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Hands-on, analytical, and strategic thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
