About the role

We are seeking talented individuals fluent in English and German to join our DeepTech team on a 6-month FTC basis. Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Snyk, ASOS, Portswigger, and more! We design recruitment processes suited for rapidly growing businesses and specialize in sourcing niche roles. At Bond, there are no KPIs, targets, or BD requirements—our focus is solely on outcomes. We leverage data through a bespoke dataverse to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Visiting clients twice a week to collaborate and build strong relationships.
  • Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of our talent solutions, designing end-to-end recruitment processes, and headhunting for niche roles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
  • Conducting thorough recruiter screens and interview debriefings.
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reports on progress.
  • Participating in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
  • Proactively designing solutions and bringing new ideas to overcome challenges.
  • Sharing knowledge through training, onboarding, and lunch & learns.
  • Staying informed about market conditions and industry trends.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Extensive technical recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.
  • Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
