Customers can subscribe to add-on channels, rent or buy movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store. Prime Video Channels seeks a Senior Partner Manager for our content team in Europe. You will support promotions, operations, and partner deals, analyze consumer engagement metrics, and recommend strategies to grow the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most innovative online video services and develop a broad skill set.

Location: Munich, DE.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partners Management: Support Country Leads in managing local or regional partners, build strong relationships, provide operational and performance insights, handle stakeholder requests, and support business reviews and planning.
  2. Promotions: Support and execute customer engagement promotions for various programs, analyze results, and identify scaling and optimization opportunities.
  3. Operations: Enhance customer experience by monitoring content sections, promotional offers, and prices; automate and streamline manual processes to improve productivity.
  4. Business Development: Analyze data to identify opportunities, support initiatives to boost engagement, revenue, and profitability.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Multiple years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Merchandise Planning, Retail Buying, Product Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Fluent in English and German (C2 level or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as Account/Vendor Manager or similar roles.
  • Skills in business development and partner management.
  • Passion or experience in the TV and digital video markets in Europe.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
