Join our team as a Business Developer in the Sales department. You will be responsible for finding and maintaining business relationships, selling our services to new businesses and consumers, and playing a vital role in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Apply strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Achieve KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Have experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Communicate effectively in French and English; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
