About the Role

We’re Customlytics, the leading app marketing consulting agency from Berlin. We offer consulting and hands-on support around Mobile CRM, ASO, Deeplinking, UI & UX Design, and Performance Marketing. Can you imagine a world without apps? Neither can we!

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our diverse and international team.

Your Responsibilities

You are part of the Paid Media team, working closely with Paid Media Specialists and Marketing Consultants to develop and maintain impactful marketing dashboards and reports. Your work supports campaign optimization and strategic decisions for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage marketing tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Clarisights, ProductsUp, ...)
• Define requirements and support developers in integrating marketing tools
• Keep clients' product catalogues live and update them regularly
• Identify setup issues and improve data quality processed by marketing tools
• Create tracking integration guides to convert marketing needs into developer tickets
• Create reporting dashboards to analyze marketing data
• Connect marketing tools with various data sources to ensure a complete view of all datapoints
• Analyze data from various marketing tools to detect issues that affect the marketing tools
• Support clients and team members with in-depth data analyses

• Marketing Networks: Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok
• Mobile Measurement Tools: Adjust, Appsflyer
• Data Pipelining & Visualisation: Clarisight, Adverity, Google Spreadsheets
• Product Feed Management: ProductsUp
• AI & Automation: OpenAI products (ChatGPT, Sora…), Google AI Studio, make.com, n8n, Google spreadsheets & scripts, other Google products…
• CRM: MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap

*While experience in all listed tasks is not required, being able to learn and contribute across them is expected.

Your skills are needed

• You can learn & adapt independently to changing environments.
• Your work is structured, and you are able to address others according to your structured plan
• You have a data-driven mindset and can describe and interpret data analyses
• You are excellent in Excel and can write basic queries
• You leverage new AI technologies to improve
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not required.
• You are proactive, independent, and take ownership
