We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager (f/m/x) to join our Group Inventory Management Team, that is responsible for the steering of a variety of projects, managing processes and supporting with insightful analysis on the inventory for all European markets in our AUTO1.comOperations Department. In this Department we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. As AUTO1.com, a fast growing brand, we are part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform.

We are revolutionizing B2B automotive retail through the simplest processes and a digital infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Perform daily operational tasks to sustainably and strategically manage EU Retail inventory (B2C)
  • Work closely with international colleagues from sales, operations, and pricing in order to solve and process operational requests
  • Produce and work with basic reporting related to internal processes
  • Support the growth of new projects by performing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
  • Suggest innovative ideas for process improvements
  • Assess and ensure price management processes are working as expected

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and initial practical work experience, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment
  • Fast-adapting personality with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Motivated to contribute your own ideas and approaches to solutions
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets required; beginner SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
