Job Title : Senior Cybersecurity Purple Team Specialist

Salary Up to €110k

What You'll Be Doing :

Leadership in Purple Teaming : Take charge of and execute purple team engagements to elevate the security posture of our organization. Collaborate closely with diverse engineering and platform teams to assess real-world cyber threats and evaluate the effectiveness of our defensive measures.

Intelligence-Driven Defense : Stay ahead of the curve on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques. Integrate threat intelligence findings into purple team exercises, crafting realistic and targeted cyber attacks.

Security Assessment and Testing : Conduct comprehensive security assessments and penetration testing exercises to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in critical systems and applications. Collaborate with the blue team to validate and enhance defensive and detection capabilities based on insights gained from purple team exercises.

Qualifications We're Looking For :

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on purple teaming, penetration testing, and security assessments.
• In-depth understanding of common attack vectors, exploitation techniques, and defensive strategies.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
