Job Opportunity

If you want to contribute your ideas for communicating medical content and describe yourself as an organizational talent, we offer you the opportunity to realize exciting projects in digital learning content with the largest German-speaking community for doctors and an experienced medical education team. You will create innovative training programs that genuinely interest and inspire our doctors. You can choose your working location, including home office options across Germany, or work at our locations in Constance or Munich, or a hybrid setup. Some travel (about once a month) to Munich or conferences is expected, as our streaming studio is located in Munich.

What You Can Expect

1. Develop and manage innovative training formats with scientific value.
2. Coordinate live events and other training formats, from conception to speaker acquisition and on-site support in Munich.
3. Stay informed about medical developments and current challenges to align them with training content.
4. Participate in strategic planning and implementation of a balanced curriculum as part of the Medical Education team.
5. Assist in creating content for online channels such as websites, emails, and social media.
6. Attend medical congresses to gather information, create content, and stay updated on medical advances.
7. Identify and recruit key opinion leaders (KOLs), medfluencers, and scientists, and build sustainable networks.

What You Bring To The Table

1. A degree in medicine or natural sciences, with or without a doctorate, or a comparable background.
2. Experience in preparing scientific content for medical or pharmaceutical fields.
3. Interest in video and streaming formats.
4. Previous project management experience is a plus.
5. Independent, structured, and meticulous work style, with innovative ideas and development potential.
6. Existing network of experts is advantageous.
7. Confident communication skills with renowned scientists.
8. Fluent in written and spoken German and business-fluent English.
