iTraceiT is a fast-growing technology scale-up providing the jewelry industry with innovative traceability solutions. Leveraging blockchain, QR technology and an interconnected network architecture, we empower all stakeholders of the jewelry supply chain to transparently document the journey and origin of their products—from mine to market. Our clients include mining companies, midstream players and high-end brands in the diamond, jewelry, and watch industry.

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Executive for the German market, you will :

  • Drive new B2B sales in Germany, focusing on luxury brands, suppliers, and retailers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients in the diamond, gemstone, gold and pearl sectors .
  • Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Understand and convey the value of traceability, sustainability, and ESG reporting in the jewelry market.
  • Report directly to the CEO and track performance via structured sales KPIs.
  • Log all client interactions and updates in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Work independently and proactively to meet ambitious sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–10 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in jewelry, diamonds, or luxury goods .
  • A proven hunter mentality : self-driven, goal-oriented, and laser-focused on results.
  • Deep knowledge of or passion for traceability, sustainability, and ESG practices.
  • Native-level German and fluent English speaker.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong sense of professionalism and trust.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel across Germany and neighboring countries.
  • Thrives in a startup environment—no micromanagement, just results.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar tools is an advantage.
