The role

1. Act as an SAP FI/CO consultant in the Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO) area for SAP on Hyperscaler/RISE migrations and transformations.
2. Provide technical leadership for S/4 HANA transformation projects and S/4 HANA conversions in the RtR (FI/CO) domain.
3. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for RtR (FI/CO) in SAP System Landscape Transformation/Consolidation and Carve-Out projects.
4. Plan data migration within the scope of RtR (FI/CO) during S/4 HANA transformations.
5. Lead SAP subprojects aligned with the SAP Activate methodology.
6. Design SAP Cloud/RISE architectures and roadmaps as an experienced consultant.
7. Conduct workshops and assessments to determine business and transformation requirements.
8. Work in highly integrated environments with SAP and non-SAP systems.
9. Possess in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA transformation projects to enhance business value.

What we need to see from you

1. Relevant experience in various SAP project roles.
2. Experience as RtR (FI/CO) lead in SAP S/4 HANA projects.
3. Experience in controlling, financial accounting, business architecture, cloud transition.
4. Success in leading RtR (FI/CO) subprojects during S/4 transformations.
5. Ability to be pragmatic and handle multiple client priorities simultaneously.
6. Skill to motivate and engage professionals with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
7. Commitment to team success and willingness to implement constructive measures when needed.
8. Fluent in German and English.
