Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager is a key driver of company revenue and growth. You will lead sales engagements, focusing on deploying Palo Alto Networks' Next Generation Security Platform. This role requires a proactive, sales-oriented professional passionate about cybersecurity and solving complex security challenges for clients.

Your responsibilities include developing strategic territory plans, managing complex sales cycles, and positioning our solutions effectively against competitors. You will also build strong relationships with clients and channel partners, stay informed on industry trends, and travel within your territory as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS architectures, preferably in networking or security sectors
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions and consultative sales, especially within German Defense and Public Sector
  • Technical understanding of how security products address business problems
  • Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners
  • Full sales cycle knowledge and structured sales process adherence
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and autonomous working skills
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills
