Key requirements include:

1. Continuously follow-up on site works with Contractors / Engineering Vendors according to schedule.
2. Participating in “first in place” reviews on site.
3. Participating in interdisciplinary meetings.
4. Participating in meetings between Technical work packages and Building work packages.
5. Experienced Architect / Building Constructor / Engineer.
6. Preferred starting point/background in Biotech/Pharma industry and/or production facilities including GMP rooms – but not necessarily. Open to other industries, such as automotive and data.
7. Extensive years of experience in larger projects – but not necessarily.
8. Understanding of German Law, German Construction.
9. German & English speaking.
