For our location in Wolfsburg, we are seeking a Team Leader / Data System Specialist (m/f/d) for our Logistics Center in Hattorf in full-time, starting as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• Constant monitoring and adjustment of inventory levels on the line with HDT, including physical material flow supervision where applicable.
• Processing and control of goods receipt, system-based inbound/outbound movements, labeling of goods.
• Handling of goods receipt trucks, initial data entry if applicable.
• Accurate processing and monitoring of various replenishments.
• Proper processing and documentation of repacking, interface with the repacking team.
• Monitoring of logistical processes.
• System-based monitoring of material provisioning, desired times, and material flow within the warehouse.
• System and physical inventory control.
• Recording and checking of goods dispatches.
• Supporting documentation of work orders by confirming, scanning, and booking data/ order documents in the IT system.
• Monitoring of IT systems such as “ITLS,” “LKW-Control,” VTS, etc.
• Creating and editing various lists, documents, and forms.
• Implementation of 5S standards. Active participation and creation of Kaizen initiatives.
• Close cooperation with the control center on missing parts and bottlenecks.
• Reporting process disruptions and damages to the supervisor.
• Maintaining work materials and equipment, including forklift operation and logbook management.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed vocational training.
• Experience in warehouse management, forklift license (e.g., VW forklift license), and possession of a VW forklift license.
• Good knowledge of VW systems / inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Knowledge in logistics and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar IT tools.
• Enjoyment of independent work, reliability, resilience, and flexibility.
• Good command of German, both spoken and written.
