As our Senior AI Project & Program Manager (f/m/d), you will oversee multiple projects and programs for the Customer team, driving success for the business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute program roadmaps aligning projects with strategic business goals.
2. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program objectives are met across various initiatives.
3. Drive project and program progress, ensuring set timelines and business goals are achieved.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, customers, partners, and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
5. Implement and maintain program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
6. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects and programs.
7. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
9. Manage the solution implementation project lifecycle from planning, implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, to support and handover.
10. Drive continuous improvement in project and program management processes.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Extensive experience in Project and Program Management in enterprise software environments.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
3. Proven experience managing complex, multifaceted projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, particularly ERP, SCM, or CRM systems.
5. Strong expertise in risk management, mitigation, and strategic thinking within a business-focused mindset.
6. Native German proficiency and fluency in English are required.
