Job Description:

The Role:

As a Renewable Energy Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching, identifying, and presenting candidates for mid to senior level positions in Germany across diverse industries.
  • Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
  • Managing client and candidate relationships, conducting interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Creating and updating progress reports to track research and recruitment processes.
  • Arranging and attending client meetings, creating proposals, and supporting RFI and RFP processes.
  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

The Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing.
  • Experience with various sourcing methodologies such as headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, and career sites.
  • Experience interacting with local and international clients and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Customer-focused with a sense of urgency, maintaining quality control.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, driven for growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage international offices and consultants.
