This role is home-based in Germany but requires frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week.

Does this sound like you?

• Act as an integral member of client engagement project teams, executing complex tasks and leading work streams
• Contribute to sales efforts by producing high-quality proposals, solution designs, and participating in client business development meetings
• Analyze operational processes, management efficiency, and performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence, and/or environmental sustainability
• Engage actively with clients through meetings and interviews, working directly to implement effective solutions
• Analyze data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions, and lead the creation of high-quality presentations and documents
• Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, and DILOS
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and workshops at client sites

Who are you today?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / EHS / Business / Psychology
• You have 5+ years of experience in consulting firms and industry
• You possess knowledge in industries or practice areas such as operational excellence, operational risk, safety, or sustainability
• You are comfortable working with diverse and remote teams and have a track record of achieving objectives
• You are bilingual or fluent in German and English; a third European language is a plus
• You have excellent analytical, formalization, problem-solving, and communication skills
