We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our Bolt Drive team and help us scale and improve one of our youngest products for millions of customers across the globe.

About The Role

Bolt Drive is a carsharing service operating in 6 countries in Europe, with plans to expand. We offer our own cars and integrate third-party vehicles into our app. As an asset- and operations-heavy business, we face challenges like deploying and rebalance cars, optimizing pricing, and ensuring safety for cars and riders.

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join us. At Bolt, you will be more than a data cruncher; you will co-lead product development, advocate for the customer, and influence what we build and why.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and conducting product experiments to support data-driven decisions
  2. Expanding and maintaining product performance metrics, identifying UX improvement opportunities
  3. Analyzing data from our app and warehouse system to find frictions and inefficiencies
  4. Identifying impactful pricing opportunities based on market and incentive analysis
  5. Analyzing vehicle distribution across markets for proximity optimization
  6. Researching and testing different pricing models to improve our strategy

About you:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in Analytics or Data Science
  2. Exceptional SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
  3. Experience leading experimentation, including statistical analysis and providing actionable recommendations
  4. Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
  5. Ability to craft compelling data stories that influence stakeholders
  6. Excellent communication skills in English
