Role Overview:

The Asset Recovery Recycling Centre (ARRC) in Cologne is a standalone unit within TJX, responsible for sorting unwanted returned furnishings from stores into categories: storing, recycling, or selling. As an ARRC team member, you'll work in our recycling facility as part of Store Operations, supporting store and field teams by managing store fixtures effectively to reduce operational costs. Tasks include picking, packing, unloading, and loading trucks.

Responsibilities:

1. Unload and load trucks with pallets.
2. Process deliveries of returned fixtures, categorized into storing, recycling, or selling.
3. Pick and pack requests from inventory catalog to support stores.
4. Assist with weekly inventory counts to manage stock levels.
5. Recycle various types of fixtures into appropriate recycling containers.
6. Maintain and improve storage standards by ensuring proper organization and placement of stored items.
