Position Overview

We are seeking a strong and charismatic leader with a proven track record in leading oncology or specialty sales teams on a national level. Working closely with the DACH & NL Group Country Manager, Medical Affairs Director, and Associate Director of Access, the successful candidate will help improve the overall success of the leadership team and the ability to overachieve sales and revenue targets.

Operational excellence is a key driver in our business. Close collaboration with the commercial operations team in Zug is essential for success.

This role will be based in South Germany, with regular travel to our office in Munich.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Leading the German sales team to fully leverage the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across Germany.
  2. Developing a national sales strategy as a member of the DACH leadership team.
  3. Implementing and optimizing KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategies.
  4. Optimizing the existing account management system in collaboration with the sales excellence team in Zug and the DACH leadership team.
  5. Managing territories with potential-driven strategies, setting specific quantitative and qualitative goals, and enhancing the business review process with the Key Account Manager team.
  6. Leading the Key Account Manager team to strengthen collaborations with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders, focusing on implementing company strategies and developing Excellence Centers among TOP accounts. Building relationships with experts in Gynecological Oncology, Oncology, Pathology, and Urology to support the company's strategic goals.
  7. Demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, including attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a high-performance culture, leading with integrity, humility, accountability, and courage, and setting a clear vision to energize teams for the future.
  8. Supporting and guiding your team through delegation, performance assessment, and providing feedback and training opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Extensive experience managing pharmaceutical or diagnostics sales teams, preferably within oncology or specialty fields.
  2. Proven success in selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
  3. Experience in marketing or managed care is advantageous.
  4. Self-motivated with strong business acumen.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  7. Experienced and motivated in coaching top-performing sales teams.
  8. Flexible to accommodate coaching and KOL management needs.
  9. A degree in life sciences or clinical experience is a plus.
  10. Valid GER driver’s license.
