Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Monitor, analyse, and report on transactions within the AIF spectrum to ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations, including AML and CTF. Identify and mitigate transaction risks, ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance and transparency.

Key responsibilities :

• Monitor transactions across various Funds (PE-RE Funds) for unusual activity.
• Use date analytics to identify compliance breaches.
• Conduct investigations on flagged transactions.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• Develop training materials on transaction monitoring.
• Assist with AML-KYC onboarding and client acceptance.

Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the fund industry (PE-RE Funds)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive with a positive approach and result driven.
• Flexible and team oriented.
• English fluency is required for this role. Proficiency in other languages, such as French or German, is a strong plus and will be highly valued.
