Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager in the Energy sector, Remote in Germany.

As a Senior Sales Manager, your core responsibilities include identifying and converting customer project plans into sales orders, expanding our brand through the development of agents and sales channels, and driving customer satisfaction with strong relationship management. You will work intimately with the new energy industry and its products, including energy storage, photovoltaic modules and inverters, and lithium batteries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels.
  • Enhance sales network through OEM customer development.
  • Conduct regular market research and provide industry and market updates.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to create deliverable results.
  • Negotiate business deals with clients and maintain customer relations.
  • Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve after-sales issues.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English work language.
  • A minimum of two years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry.
  • Proven business development experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong execution skills.
  • Be a legal citizen of the country.
  • Willing to work remote.
