The Role

Kyndryl Consult is a rapidly growing business vital to the company’s strategic goals. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements, and creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl’s largest accounts, interfacing with C-suite executives and impacting the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our capabilities, and lead your team to success.

You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in industry events and publications. Your leadership will foster talent development and innovation, and you will manage client engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Contribute to Profitable Growth:

Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets, ensure growth and profitability, manage pipelines, and oversee fee negotiations.

Client Engagement:

Build relationships with CXOs, assess recovery readiness, define strategic roadmaps, oversee DR and ITSCM practices, and lead forensic analysis and incident recovery efforts.

Lead C-level interactions, deliver consulting initiatives, and enhance client satisfaction, securing references.

Operational Excellence:

Achieve utilization targets, oversee engagement delivery, and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Strategic Contribution:

Lead by example, foster a culture of development and innovation, shape strategic initiatives, and develop thought leadership.

Who You Are

You possess extensive experience in cyber incident response, recovery, and ITSCM, with a proven track record in client engagement at the executive level. You have strong leadership, communication, and business acumen, with relevant certifications preferred. You are fluent in German and English and committed to diversity and inclusion.
