We are currently partnering with a MedTech start-up specialising in camera-based health monitoring systems. Their software uses advanced computer vision techniques to measure vital signs like heart rate and blood pressure, providing insights into a person's health status. They are now looking for a Senior Python/Full Stack Engineer with the ambition to become a lead engineer as the software team continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services to deploy AI models
• Prototype and create user-facing interfaces
• Deploy software solutions at customer sites
• Integrate software with hospital systems
• Build CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and deployment
• Lead agile development processes and mentor the development team

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in building and maintaining web services
• Expertise in both backend and frontend development
• Leadership experience or the ability to independently manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of best practices in software development
• Proficiency in Python, Vue.js, Node.js, and Docker
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English, German is a bonus

Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office (Munich)
Salary: €65k-€90k
