Job Description

Summary Statement

As Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (d/f/m), you are an expert on issues related to our total reward strategy. With us, you have the opportunity to further develop, implement, and monitor innovative compensation & benefits concepts. You can work from anywhere in our team!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation & benefits analyses to assess competitive positioning and develop recommendations for senior management
  • Continue and enhance our function evaluation system
  • Manage the annual global salary and bonus rounds
  • Lead projects to implement, optimize, and harmonize remuneration instruments at national and international levels
  • Design and implement rules and processes for job evaluations
  • Communicate C&B measures effectively to target groups
  • Collaborate with co-determination committees and participate in negotiations
  • Build a global C&B community
  • Coordinate with external service providers and internal contacts on C&B issues

Profile

  • Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, with several years of HR Compensation & Benefits experience
  • Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation/grading, bonus, and incentive systems, preferably internationally
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing topics and requirements
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a structured approach
  • Ability to drive projects successfully and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in German and English
