About your role

Develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligning with organizational goals and security standards. Experience with IAM tools like Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, RSA, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, Beyond Trust, Oracle Identity Manager, or Oracle Access Manager in on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments is required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate IAM effectively into business processes.

Regularly review IAM policies for compliance with industry standards, perform configuration reviews to identify security issues, provide recommendations, escalate high-risk scenarios, and mentor junior team members, fostering continuous learning.

Requirements

• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience
• Experience in data gathering, validation, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English (C1 proficiency), with willingness to travel
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise IAM projects, especially in large organizations
• Experience in application integration with IAM systems and custom connector development
• Manage enterprise-wide employee identities and access rights
• Develop IAM metrics for reporting and monitor performance to improve processes
• Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, REST, XML, SOAP, JSON
• Comfortable working in Unix and Windows environments
• Technologies such as Java, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux
• Scripting knowledge like PowerShell, Python
• Knowledge of standards like SOX, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security+, SSCP, CEH are advantageous
