About The Role (In English)

Main Activities / Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of the IT system landscape
• Support IT infrastructure
• Participate in hardware/software selection, procurement, installation, and documentation
• Perform software updates and patches on servers
• Maintain Windows network services
• Improve system landscape and support new solutions
• Manage virtual servers
• Provide end-user IT support in Edingen-Neckarhausen
• Support global IT projects and collaborate with support teams

Profile Required:

• IT Specialist training in System Integration or related field, with support experience
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and Windows Server; Cisco experience is a plus
• Experience with Navision, ServiceNow, Google Workspace is advantageous
• Proactive, independent, and forward-thinking approach
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong initiative, resilience, flexibility, and responsibility
• English (minimum B1), German (minimum C1)
• Experience in IT project management and manufacturing IT support is a plus
