We are a team where everyone helps each other, and at our daily meetings we coordinate and discusses solutions around tasks for the day. Although our work requires immersion, you will also experience a good energy in the team.

Process orders received via e-mail, on-line order entry and phone on a daily basis and provide confirmations as requested.

A thorough training course

When you start with us, you spend the first 3 weeks at our academy, where you will be taught everything about the processes. Then you are assigned a buddy as a go-to person. It typically takes a minimum of 3-4 months before you are self-sufficient. In addition, you will continuously participate in training and development of your skills.

Responsibility for shipments in close partnership with the customer

After you have fully learnt your tasks, you will be given responsibility for shipments that you plan and execute from A to Z. Each shipment is unique and must be organized differently and in close dialogue with the customer. This gives you great variety in tasks and the opportunity to constantly develop yourself.

Once you have received an order from a customer, you typically:

  • ensure that documentation is correct and we have all correct information
  • advise the customer about packaging materials
  • find the correct routing (primarily by air, unless it is a shorter journey)
  • follow the shipment along the way and keep an eye on deviations
  • ensure that the regulations and safety procedures for the individual workflows required when we handle medication are continuously followed.

You also play a great part in co-responsibility for the individual customer, participating in customer meetings and carrying responsibility for following up with the customer.

What your background should look like

You have a distinct and well-developed sense of creating ease-of-mind with your customers, and you have the structure and overview to plan and run shipments door to door.

Other than that:

  • you have experience from customer service - preferably in logistics / transport (but this is not a requirement)
  • you are interested in logistics / transport - if you do not already know the industry
  • you have good IT skills - we work in several different systems at the same time
  • you speak and write German and English without difficulty, as we, among other things, have international colleagues we communicate with.
