Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of sales business plan.
  • Manage and develop all pillars of distribution within the assigned territory to meet goals and objectives.
  • Prospect new distribution channels to optimize district performance and market penetration.
  • Identify distribution deficiencies and create plans and campaigns to address them efficiently.
  • Participate in local and national trade shows.
  • Develop knowledge of competitors and their sales strategies.
  • Provide financial guidance to support market positioning.
  • Develop equipment quotes and financial programs, including pricing, terms, and customer incentives.

Sales Activities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage distribution development and market expansion.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance and develop financial programs.
  • Maintain pricing and incentive programs.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering on product development.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Wacker Neuson products through training.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and corrective actions.

Safety:

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
