Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Structuring and optimisation of the existing Python program
  • Introduction of algorithms for the technical evaluation of wire harness properties (bundle diameter, segmentation, bus load)
  • Development of methods for evaluating the installation effort, based on installation times or accessibility
  • Expansion of the graphical user interface (GUI) for interactive visualisation of the architecture and its properties
  • Validation of the implemented algorithms with example projects

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable technical degree program
  • Good knowledge of Python (ideally experience with NetworkX, Pandas, Matplotlib)
  • Interest in E/E architectures and wiring harness design
  • Initial experience with graph algorithms (Dijkstra) and network analysis is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical way of working and independent problem-solving skills
  • Personality is more than anything!
