What you'll do
  • Drive the successful adoption of Knauf’s digital self-services, focusing on myKnauf Orders, across global markets
  • Collaborate with regional change owners and market teams to align on adoption strategies, goals, and best practices
  • Develop and execute marketing concepts, automated promotional strategies, and engaging campaigns to boost tool adoption
  • Create high-quality training materials and self-learning resources to empower users and ensure effective tool usage
  • Define adoption targets, track success through data-driven analysis, and implement improvement measures in collaboration with markets
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field, with proven experience in change management or digital transformation
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to measure success and implement continuous improvements
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to driving adoption and delivering impactful change initiatives
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
  • Culturally agile, proactive, and solution-oriented, thriving in international, cross-functional environments with fluency in English
