Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Mistral HR IT system, pioneer state-of-the-art reporting, and champion data-driven insights for Marine HR.
• Develop and monitor HR reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, and identify innovative trends and technologies.
• Support Marine HR with data analytics services through innovative approaches.
• Investigate AI applications in HR processes and develop implementation plans.
• Contribute to HR projects and represent Carnival Maritime in working groups.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, HR, or related fields; master's preferred.
• Experience in HR systems, especially Crewing HRIS (ideally Mistral), and managing operational HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude.
• Innovative, proactive, structured, and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and BI tools.
• Leadership experience managing cross-cultural teams.
• Business fluent in English.
