The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing, and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How You Will CELLebrate
- After sales support and customer care: You will be the contact person for our customers after the commissioning of battery storage systems. They handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Documentation and reporting: You will document all service and support activities precisely and create regular reports on the status of the systems and measures taken.
- After-sales management: Responsibility for the smooth handling of after-sales processes and contracts, including coordination with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem solving.
- Service Quality and Customer Retention: Negotiating and overseeing service agreements with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Feedback and process optimization: You will collect customer feedback and actively contribute to the further development of our products and after-sales processes.
- Emergency management: You will be responsible for the quick and efficient resolution of emergencies and critical incidents if necessary.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Successfully completed studies in or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of after-sales, preferably in the battery storage, energy, or electrical engineering industry.
- Sound technical knowledge in the field of battery storage systems, renewable energies, and/or electrical engineering.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical systems as well as in the analysis of operating data to identify optimization potential.
- High degree of customer orientation and the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable and solution-oriented manner.
- Strong ability to work in a team and good, intercultural understanding
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
