Your Responsibilities

Organization / Project Management Tasks

• Planning, support, and coordination in the further development of web applications
• Coordination of rollouts and participation in projects
• Processing service requests and orders (Incident / Problem / Change / Request Fulfillment / Release Management)

Development Tasks

• Analyzing and elaborating customer requirements
• Further developing productive systems, considering interfaces and internal/external resources
• Ensuring and optimizing application operation
• Performing software tests

Supporting Tasks

• Troubleshooting
• Updating company documentation
• Supporting administrative tasks (backup, maintenance)
• Assisting in creating test scenarios and user training

Your Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including Windows Server 2008/2012, Redhat/CentOS/Suse Linux
• Advanced knowledge of networking techniques (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
• Intermediate knowledge of databases like SQL Server 2008/2012/2014, PostgreSQL 9
• Intermediate knowledge of web applications such as Tomcat, Java EE
• Intermediate knowledge of project management, preferably Agile
• Experience with firewall systems is a plus
• Desirable scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Perl
• Business fluency in English and German
