Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 employees in developing power electronic solutions for energy supply systems.
- Implement and improve modern development methods to ensure product quality.
- Create test specifications.
- Test systems and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
- Redesign systems based on functional or component changes.
- Adapt existing hardware systems to meet technical specifications or customer requirements.
- Optimize systems through systematic analysis of weaknesses.
- Select and approve materials.
- Plan the exchange of development information and collaborate with internal/external partners.
- Ensure the availability of technical skills and resources.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Several years of experience in power electronics, ideally with megawatt-scale systems.
- Leadership experience.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Structured and methodical work approach.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and good decision-making abilities.
