Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 employees in developing power electronic solutions for energy supply systems.
• Implement and improve modern development methods to ensure product quality.
• Create test specifications.
• Test systems and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Redesign systems based on functional or component changes.
• Adapt existing hardware systems to meet technical specifications or customer requirements.
• Optimize systems through systematic analysis of weaknesses.
• Select and approve materials.
• Plan the exchange of development information and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Ensure the availability of technical skills and resources.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in power electronics, ideally with megawatt-scale systems.
• Leadership experience.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Structured and methodical work approach.
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and good decision-making abilities.
