Position: Head of Recruiting & Personalmarketing (w/m/d)

Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Recruiting Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract talent across all company areas.
  • Personalmarketing: Design and execute innovative employer branding campaigns to enhance our attractiveness as an employer and target potential candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and maintain our employer brand, manage presence on social media, career fairs, and other platforms.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive application process by optimizing the candidate journey.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the recruiting and personal marketing team, providing coaching and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, marketing, employee representatives, and departments to align and implement personnel strategies.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze recruiting and marketing metrics and report regularly to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or similar
  • Several years of experience in recruiting, employer branding, or personal marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, high social competence
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, ideally in HR
  • Good knowledge of modern HR technologies and social media marketing
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
