Based at our headquarters in Berlin, you will work closely with on-site departments at our production facilities in Germany to elevate our used-car refurbishment process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and expand infrastructure for our in-house production sites in Germany to increase capacity and optimize workflows
• Negotiate and communicate with business partners across Germany to expand projects and establish them nationwide for Autohero
• Manage cross-location workflows, set goals, and coordinate efforts using forecasts and custom tools
• Analyze processes, develop improvements, and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment
• Implement scalable processes and drive new IT features from specification to rollout

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, logistics, or similar
• Experience in startups, management consulting, fast-growing companies, or automotive sector is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for on-site project implementation
• Proactive, ownership-driven, agile, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making ability, flexibility
• Fluent German and English skills
