Inside Sales Representatives – Wound Closure – Remote

As part of a team expansion project across the EU, IQVIA is recruiting for several remote Inside Sales positions in Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands on behalf of our client - a highly respected global company renowned for its innovation and success within pharmaceutical, consumer health, and medical device sectors.

In these roles, you will connect with healthcare professionals via virtual channels to generate leads at the beginning of the sales funnel. Your target customers will be orthopaedic surgeons, with the goal of inspiring interest in an innovative range of knotless sutures that offer significant clinical and economic improvements.

Key tasks include:

  • Gaining customer insights through account analytics to identify needs and sales opportunities
  • Promoting suitable product solutions based on usage and needs
  • Informing customers about product benefits and online tools
  • Engaging proactively to create interest and progress leads to opportunities
  • Generating and qualifying leads before passing to field reps
  • Converting inbound leads from marketing activities into opportunities
  • Handling objections and working towards trial participation
  • Managing leads through the sales funnel to secure trials
  • Handover to field reps, leveraging existing relationships
  • Collaborating with field reps and marketing for lead generation
  • Inventory management and customer service coordination

Requirements:

We seek candidates with:

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, persistent and target-focused
  • Experience in face-to-face or remote sales or customer-focused roles
  • Strong IT skills and experience with remote sales tools
  • Understanding of local healthcare markets
  • University degree in healthcare, marketing, or related fields
  • Residency and full work eligibility in the country
  • Fluency in the local language and good English skills (training in English)
