What would be your key responsibilities

• Implementation and further development of the subject area in coordination with the Functional Leads
• Document creation and raw material creation under consideration of food law, quality, and safety-related guidelines
• Maintenance and updating of product/raw material data in the central EDV system (SAP)
• Processing projects aligned with the strategic goals of the Functional Leads and/or the department
• Implementing efficient and targeted processes within the Functional Leads' subject areas
• If relevant: association work and building & using networks
• Serve as the overall go-to person for the subject matter within the department
• Support in steering processes within the responsible subject area in coordination with the Functional Leads

What will make you successful

• Degree and/or professional experience in the food industry
• Regulatory affairs experience in the flavor, color, compound, or related industry is a plus
• Proven expertise in the relevant subject area
• Ideally experience in project work
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient handling of MS Office and SAP
• Soft skills: strong communication, teamwork, solution-oriented, confident and sovereign appearance, high initiative, willingness to compromise
• Open to new challenges, agile working, and global thinking
