A leading company in the Pharma industry is seeking its first marketing hire to lead and operate a new team. WFH policy : hybrid (ideally 23 days p/w in office)

Size and functions of local team : 30 FTE, with the first marketing hire
Role details: 1st marketing hire with a 50% focus on leadership and 50% on operational tasks
Hiring plan: 23 people in 2025, with a player/coach role over the next 2 years
Focus areas: website building team and launching campaigns
Role scope: global, enterprise focus, targeting large, niche deals
Growth ambition: aiming to triple revenue instead of doubling with the marketing team
