About your role

As our Privileged Access Management SME, you should have experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Centrify, Delinea, OneIdentity, etc. Develop and implement a robust PAM architecture, including policies, processes, and tools to manage administrative access. Lead deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, ensuring integration with existing IT infrastructure.

Regularly review PAM policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards. Perform configuration reviews to identify security issues, provide recommendations, and escalate high-risk scenarios. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

  • Have a broad skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency). Willingness to travel for projects.
  • Over 5 years of experience in enterprise IAM/PAM projects, especially in large organizations
  • Knowledge of PAM concepts like RBAC, toxic combinations, access monitoring, and least privilege principles
  • Conduct risk assessments related to privileged access, identify vulnerabilities, and address security gaps
  • Manage PAM BAU operations, ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met, and standards are maintained
  • Oversee vendors providing PAM tools, escalate critical issues, and drive resolution
  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols (XML, SOAP, JSON, REST)
  • Knowledge of PAM in DevOps, APIs, containerization, and cloud platforms (Google/Azure/AWS)
  • Comfortable working in Unix and Windows environments
  • Experience with JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux
  • Scripting skills in Powershell, Python
  • Knowledge of standards like SOX, ISAE 3402, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security+, SSCP, CEH are a plus
