Grafana Labs is looking for a Regional Sales Director who will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in our Southern European region. As the RSD, you will drive revenue growth, attract and retain talent, and expand your customer base within your territory. You will be recognized as a sales leader, setting the tone and pace for your region. We seek an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring your team, and partnering across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and mentor your sales team
  • Create a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Build and maintain an annual sales plan aligned with organizational objectives
  • Meet with prospects and strategize with sales reps to close deals
  • Prepare for QBRs and HBRs
  • Develop strategic relationships with key contacts
  • Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, Customer Support, and other teams
Requirements
  • Fluency in French
  • At least 3 years leading successful sales teams
  • Minimum of 8 years in direct sales
  • Background in technical applications; OSS experience is a plus
  • Experience with complex sales cycles (2-6 months)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with C-Level executives
  • Proven track record in closing seven-figure deals
  • MEDDPICC methodology expertise
  • Experience with ROI and cost modeling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to integrity and professionalism

In Switzerland, the OTE compensation range is CHF 373,000 - CHF 403,000, with benefits including equity, bonus, and others listed on our careers page. Compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
